I take of one week a year to plan my stuff. It helped me a lot during my employee years to make career and so on. There is a cool book called goals by Brian Tracy that helps. Good luck.

For the meltdowns don’t worry it happens to all of us.
As I tip I would tell you to go with the flow an take it easy, you are just going through a phase. But also don’t forget to plan your future also, as the old adagio goes: there is no good wind for your boat unless you do not know in which port to sail.
